Get to Know Your Inspector.
Here at North Valley Property Inspections, we are thorough and efficient. All of our inspectors are hand-picked and undergo a very elite selection process. To even be considered for the position the potential inspector must certified by Internachi & CCPIA, have a minimum of four years’ of experience in building and construction. Once selected all of our Inspectors go through an extensive six month training program. During this six month period our inspectors are trained by licensed trade professionals such as expert electricians, expert plumbers, and general contractors. Our excellent training team has over 18 years’ experience in various trades. After the potential inspector passes, he/she will conduct supervised inspections for ninety days. Once their ninety day evaluation period is over, the inspector may conduct property inspections for our company.

We provide a nonbiased, helpful, and detailed report. We carefully photograph every deficiency and include it along with notes in the report. Our home inspection helps provide peace of mind and gives buyers valuable information about a prospective purchase. Our property inspections covers from roof to foundation and includes any observable, physical deficiencies of the material systems, components, and equipment within the home.
